Our Physicians
Mark H. Mandell, M.D.

Dr. Mandell began practicing in Salem in 1983 and joined the practice in 1991. He grew up in Southern California and Connecticut. He graduated from Yale University and Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Mandell completed his pediatric training at the Boston Floating Hospital of the New England Medical Center, where he was chief resident. He is the Associate Medical Director for Pediatrics of Partners Community Health Care, Inc. and North Shore Health System, Inc. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Mandell is well known for his famous duck talk. He enjoys golf and a variety of other sports, gardening, cooking, and ballroom dancing. |
Cheryl M. D'Souza, M.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Cheryl D'Souza joined the practice in 1998. She was born in India but raised mostly in Massachusetts. She graduated from Connecticut College and Boston University School of Medicine. She completed her general pediatric and adolescent medicine specialty training at the Children's Hospital of Boston. Dr. D'Souza also received a Master of Public Health degree from the Harvard School of Public Health. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics for Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine. She speaks conversational Spanish. |
Stephen J. Morgan, M.D., M.S.

Dr. Morgan is a native of Salem who joined the practice in 2001. He graduated from Salem State College and the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He did his pediatric training at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, where he was chief resident. Dr. Morgan also completed a fellowship in Primary Care Informatics and obtained a degree in Health Informatics from Monash University in Australia. Dr. Morgan also works as a knowledge expert for Partners Health Care in their research and development division. He serves on the information technology committees of the American Academy of Pediatrics and Massachusetts Medical Society and is on the executive board of the Primary Care Informatics Working Group of the American Medical Informatics Association. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. When not at the office, he is buried under legos with his boys and is proud to be the "Computer Nerd". |
